We entrust your parcel exclusively to world-class freight partners — DHL and FedEx International Express — chosen for their precision, accountability, and care in handling bespoke goods.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Upon dispatch, delivery is typically completed within the following windows:
– United States, Canada & Europe: 2–6 business days
– Middle East & Asia (principal cities): 2–6 business days
The estimated dispatch and delivery timeline for each specific pair is indicated on its respective product page. Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. We consistently endeavour to deliver ahead of schedule.
Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
– Provide a complete and accurate address, including the full street name, building details, and postal or ZIP code
– Our courier partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, with the exception of addresses in the UAE
Incomplete or inaccurate address information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts for which Dornford cannot assume responsibility.
Signature on Delivery
The security of your purchase is of the utmost importance to us. All Dornford shipments require a signature upon receipt. We ask that you nominate a delivery address where a responsible individual will be present to receive the parcel. In the event that a delivery is confirmed as successfully completed by our carrier partner, Dornford is unable to accept liability for subsequent loss or misplacement. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

In the interest of full transparency, the following principles govern all international shipments:
– VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are not incorporated into your order total at checkout
– All orders are declared at their full retail value, in accordance with international customs regulations
– Any applicable import charges are determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country
– Such charges, where applicable, are typically collected by the carrier at the point of delivery
– Customers who decline to pay customs duties and elect to have their order returned to us will receive a refund less the original outbound shipping cost
Notice for Customers in the United States. Effective 29 August 2025, the de minimise exemption for low-value imports (previously applicable to parcels valued under $800) has been withdrawn. Orders that were previously eligible for duty-free entry may now be subject to applicable import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or a licensed broker for complete guidance.
