However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and

Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery if the product does not meet your
expectations in terms of fit or appearance.
To initiate a return:
-Prior approval is mandatory from our support team
-Returns without confirmation will not be accepted
Once approved, the product must be returned promptly.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund:
-The product must be unused and unworn
-Soles must be free from scratches or damage
-The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
-All accessories (dust bags, shoe horn, etc.) must be included
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return.
Return Shipping
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
-Shipping charges are non-refundable
-If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted if they were borne by us.
For items valued above $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping
service, as Dornford cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive a wrong or defective item:
-Notify us within 7 days of delivery
-Dornford will cover the return shipping cost
After this period, standard return policies will apply.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
-You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt
-You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
If approved:
-The refund will be processed to your original payment method

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
-Defective
