Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
-Prior approval from our team is required
-Requests without confirmation will not be accepted
Once approved, the product must be returned promptly.
Return Conditions
To ensure eligibility, all returned items must meet the following:
-Must be brand new and unworn
-Soles must remain scratch-free
-Must be returned in original condition and packaging
-All accessories (dust bags, shoe horn, etc.) must be included
Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
-Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
-Shipping charges are non-refundable
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as
we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or defective item:
-Notify us within 7 days of delivery
-We will cover the return shipping cost
Beyond this period, standard return shipping policies will apply.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
-Size or fit-related exchanges (subject to approval)
-Replacement for defective or damaged products
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange within 5–7
business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
-You will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection
-If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your
bank or card provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
-Check your bank account again
-Contact your credit card provider
-Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
-If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return
